Uniting brand, business and customer experience with a multi-purpose website

Agrii are in the business of delivering intelligent crop solutions to farmers, in a sector that’s hinged on insight, experience, technological expertise and communication.

Their website project came with a complex brief; and we worked closely with the team, through an end-to-end process, that encompassed every facet of their brand, business offering and customer journey. The result was a best-in-class digital experience with a new, multi-functional website.

 

It all started with questions

Armed with insight from our research, that included working with internal teams on TAP-led workshops and face to face interviews; we defined brand tone of voice and created a formalised visual identity; while essential website development tasks like SEO optimisation and keyword investigations progressed.

Bringing meaning to life

It was now time to get creative. Our experienced copywriters and creative designers worked together to bring over 300 pages of website to life.

Precision editing ensured we honoured the earlier work on visual identity and tone of voice with clear, user-friendly, web optimised pages that would enhance the user experience and reflect the newly defined brand values.

The final build

Finally, TAP streamlined all the essential processes, managing the technical details of building the site using Umbraco CMS, integrating the new design and content into the framework; and, then developing and testing the user experience until everything ran smoothly.

A complete package

It was important that our teams delivered a complete digital package that Agrii could manage themselves. Alongside the new website, we streamlined processes to unify updates and content. By creating comprehensive training with a detailed user manual, we ensured the Agrii team could maintain and refresh the site going forward.

Providing a website that Agrii could be proud of was our main goal. One that was intuitive to navigate for the end user, where they can find answers or contact details, and where Agrii can build and grow their online presence with updated, current information.
