With business expansion, websites can often get left behind, resulting in an online presence that becomes disjointed and inconsistent.
This was the case for Velcourt - a leading provider of farm management services and advice to land owners and farming businesses.
The company approached TAP, and our partner Jane Craigie, to design and develop a new website that simplified user journeys, promoted the company’s ethos and values, and ensured Velcourt’s core proposition was promoted more effectively.
We consolidated information from a large number of web pages into fewer more coherent sections, encouraging visitors to ‘start a conversation’.
To clarify the needs of diverse user journeys and understand the various requirements from different stakeholders inside Velcourt, we undertook workshops with HR & recruitment, business development and customer service.
This insight, combined with our creative and UX design team, enabled us to develop a customer-centric digital presence, beautifully designed and optimised to accommodate regular content stories.
The new website was launched on time and on budget; and delivered an increase in search impressions and enquiries (conversations).
